Consignment Policy:

 

Items will ONLY BE ACCEPTED on the 1st Tuesday of each month- NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Clothing/Furniture

- Due to limited space, we will only allow 20 clothing/furniture items per drop off within a 30 day period.

- All clothing items must be current styles, clean, on hangers, wrinkle and odor/smoke free. Only clothing items meeting these

  guidelines will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse consignment of any items that do not meet our quality standards.

- items not accepted for consignment must be removed from the shop the day they are brought in for inspection.

- Consignor receives 50% of selling price.

 

Furniture

- All furniture must be clean and odor/smoke free.

- Consignor receives 60% of selling price.

 

Vendors

- All vendors will stock and tag their own goods.

- ALL items MUST BE TAGGED!!!

- Vendors will receive 70% of selling price.

 

Payouts

- No payouts will take place on Saturdays.

- Payouts will ONLY be made on the LAST FRIDAY of each month, with a minimum payout of $25.00.

- It is the vendor's/consignor's responsibility to check the status of his/her account. 

- We will be offering an eCommerce option which allows vendors/consignors to check the status of his/her items on line

  and manage his/her account for a one time administration fee of $25.00.

 

Consignment Period

- The consignment period for items is 90 days. After 30 days all items are reduced by 20%. After 60 days all items are reduced by

  50%, and after 90 days all items remaining in the store become the property of Vintage Consign and Design.

- It is Consignor's responsibility to come pick up any unsold items. If items are not picked up, Vintage Consign and Design will take

  possession of remaining items.
